GERMAN DESK
Our German Desk provide legal advice to both the Polish entrepreneurs investing in Germany and Austria, as well as to German-speaking entrepreneurs or companies that are planning or have already started business in Poland. We provide legal support based on the Polish law but thanks to the close cooperation with German lawyers, tax advisors and notaries public we also support clients based on the German law, including civil law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, labor law, procedural and tax law.
Our particular areas of specialization include:
- formation, transformation, restructuring and liquidation of commercial law companies,
- preparation, analysis and providing support in the process of: negotiating contracts, transactions and investment planning,
- representation in composition negotiations and in disputes before common and arbitration courts,
- representation in administrative and administrative judicial proceedings (e.g. to obtain decisions and permits required to conduct business),
- due diligence.
