CIVIL LAW AND CONTRACT LAW

Our Law Office provides legal advisory services in the area of civil law in the broad meaning of the term. Our lawyers prepare, analyse and negotiate all kinds of agreements, arrangements and contracts between entrepreneurs, including those involving different legal regimes. Our aim is to identify and minimize any legal risk such agreements may entail. We also help pursue claims arising from agreements, such as claims for payment, for damages or stipulated penalties. Another service we provide is pursuing claims that arise from acts of unfair competition.

Our Law Office provides advice on legal aspects of acquiring real estate’s properties (one of them is their due diligence).

We also assist our Clients in inheritance matters, in some of which international law is involved.

COURT PROCEEDINGS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We have extensive experience in resolving disputes, both at the stage of the negotiations, as well as before courts and administrative authorities, including the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. We represent our clients in:

• proceedings before common courts in civil and criminal cases, including the Supreme Court,
• administrative and administrative judicial proceedings, including the Supreme Administrative Court,

LABOR LAW

Advisory services of our Law Office in the area of labour law include, but are not limited to the following legal issues:

• forming, change or termination of employment contracts (including the preparation and analysis of all types of contracts, its terminations or changing amendments),
• employees entitled to special protection under labour law,
• agreements between the employer and an employee on: non-competition, confidentiality, property entrusted to the possession of the employee,
• claims related to employment relationship, including employee liability,
• preparing management contracts.

FAMILY LAW

Our Law Office’s practice areas include representing Clients before courts in divorce cases and marital property distribution cases. Also, our lawyers provide assistance in cases related to child support and access to children.

The family law cases are conducted by Attorney at Law Magdalena Amerek and Attorney at Law Rafał Krajewski.

CRIMINAL LAW

Our Law Office’s Attorney’s at Law represent clients at every stage of criminal proceedings (both preparatory and court proceedings) under the Polish Penal Code, special laws and in petty offence proceedings.

The criminal law projects are conducted by Attorney at Law Rafał Krajewski.

TRAININGS AND CONFERENCES

We are organizing trainings about the business activities in Poland and Russia to share our knowledge and experience with our current and potential clients, in particular with regard to legal forms of business activities in Poland, Germany and Russia, but also investing in Poland and Eastern European markets. Hands-on trainings to cover important issues at the time, in particular about limited liability companies, commercial contracts and claims this is our main objective. Finally we participate as the organizing partner in a number of conferences promoting economic cooperation between Poland, Germany, Russia, Belorussia and Kazakhstan.
